Description:
The Meadows at Yaphank is a proposed sustainable mixed use master planned community located on the Northwest corner of the Long Island Expressway (I-495) and William Floyd Parkway (CR-46) at the interchange of exit 68, in Yaphank. The proposed project includes a mix of residential, retail, office/flex, restaurants, and a hotel with excellent transportation access from either the Long Island Expressway or William Floyd Parkway.
