From a business philosophy standpoint, Grant feels that the most important thing we can do is establish a plan.
Without a plan, it is difficult to measure progress. It’s equally important to have a contingency plan and the ability to improvise if it becomes necessary. We all need to maintain level heads in a stressful environment and be passionate about our endeavors; but never overreact to a great deal of success or failure.
