Yonkers Industries, a national construction management firm serving key sectors including aviation, relied on IGC for project management and sitework at Signature Aviation’s location at Gabreski Airport. IGC performed the complete civil site package, including mass excavation, site balancing, drainage, sanitary systems, stabilized base aggregate, and paving. With its in-house capabilities, IGC executed the work with precision and control—critical for an active airport development project. With limited space at the airport, IGC was able to utilize their 50 acre property as a staging area two miles away. IGC was able to store long lead time preordered materials.
